The Flatirons Food Film Festival is providing an extensive menu of juicy and delicious food and beverage-related events.
Eighth Course
Sunday, October 19th, 11:45am, lunch, talk, and cookbook signing by Chef Eric Skokan at Bramble and Hare Restaurant (1970 13th street, Boulder, CO), $29. Chef Eric Skokan will serve a family-style feast featuring dishes from his soon-to-be published cookbook, using ingredients grown at his Black Cat Farm. He will talk about using local seasonal ingredients and sign copies of "Farm, Fork, Food: A Year of Spectacular Recipes Inspired by Black Cat Farm," which will be published on October 23rd.
