Present Tense: Films and Discussion -- Dialogue about the Draft
Video and dialogue about the possibility of selective service
PRESENT TENSE: FILMS AND DISCUSSION is proud to present an evening of information and dialogue about the draft. We will be discussing details about the selective service, the possibility of a military draft in the U.S., and ways to become a conscientious objector. Anyone considering enlistment should certainly come to this presentation first and learn more about the realities and options.
Information and a video will be presented by Erin Durban of the American Friends Service Committee, Youth and Militarism Program. There will be ample time for questions and answers. We hope that people with differing views will come and express themselves.
