A strong rebuke of the bureaucracy of welfare, I, DANIEL BLAKE serves up an emotionally resonant story that feels forever timely. Daniel Blake is a 59-year-old widowed carpenter who must rely on welfare after a recent heart attack leaves him unable to work. Despite his doctor's diagnosis, British authorities deny Blake's benefits and tell him to return to his job. As Daniel navigates his way through an agonizing appeal process, he begins to develop a strong bond with a destitute, single mother who is struggling to take care of her two children.

Parking

Pay lot 360 (now only $1/hour!), across from the buffalo statue and next to the Duane Physics tower, is closest to Muenzinger. Covered parking with similar pricing can be found in the Euclid Parking Garage under the CASE Building, South of Muenzinger. We recommend utilizing the ParkMobile app on your phone to simplify the process and avoid needing to use the kiosks.
